Call Process.

When a phone call is made to the emergency nr. 112, from any place in the Comunidad Valenciana, this call is routed to the Emergency Coordination Centre of the Generalitat Valenciana. This centre is on permanent duty and can answer, beside the official languages of the Comunidad Valenciana, in FRENCH, ENGLISH, GERMAN and SCANDINAVIAN.

Once the call has been attended and located, it will start the process of recording specific information about WHERE is the emergency located, TYPE of emergency, CIRCUMSTANCES, IMPORTANCE and AFFECTED PERSONS. Those calls coming from a cable telephone will have the address from where the call is made, detected automatically. This is not working yet with mobile telephones.
According to the data recorded, the emergency is classified and the operating services dealing with that type of emergency will be alerted and they will take adequate action.
